Bank of New York ADR index

The Global market index of ADRs, made a lower top and is slowly rolling over. Wave 3 of 3 down should be due to start, or may have already started but needs to gain pace. It should go below the wave 1 low and eventually below the 52 week low made in December. Note that wave 2 at larger degree ended at the 50% retracement mark.
