Nikkei - Another lost decade

Is Japan heading for another Lost decade. This chart suggests so. At the fag end of a 5 wave rise, the entire move from the 2003 low to date is looking like an expanded flat. If true then what follows next is another 3 wave decline in wave Y down to the lower end of a long term channel. Unless of course Japan finally hyperinflates its economy. Another lost decade? Lets see. We need a confirmation that wave 5 of C up ended.
