Dow
The Dow completed 9 waves into the recent high. So for all the confusion on whether 5 waves complete or not, this simple measure means you can fit it in. An impulse is a 5 wave structure. When one of the legs extend it becomes 5+4=9, by adding 4 new waves for the extention. This can repeat as 5+4+4=13, and so on. So for the move into the recent high the Dow may have completed a 5 wave rise from the 2016 low unless new evidence shows up for more extentions. In the best alternate we are correcting in wave 4 of 5 as an expanded flat to 20190.
