Dow The Big question

Dow - The big question is what is this leg up. Daily momentum crossed over to a buy after a 5 wave decline. Is this 5 wave decline wave C of an A-B-C correction that is over and now we go to a new high?, or wave 1 of a bear market and next bounce is a retracement and another crash? We will keep our eyes on the near term wave structure to answer this. DJIA was the only US index to not break the Aug low. Surprising.
