Russel 2000

In US equities the Transports and Russel again started to lead the way down. Mostly the index completed wave 5 and closed below the 40dema. Will it lead to a similar trend in the Dow and other indices needs to be watched cause it does not always follow up immediately.The Russel peaked in early Oct in terms of the high made and has not been participating in the rally.
