Russel 2000

The Russell 2000 is moving up in wave V of 3, which is very close to achieving equality to the 1st wave after which it may be worth wondering whether wave 3 is complete. At the most it may extend a little towards the upper end of the rising channel but we should be watchful of a potential reversal into a fourth wave consolidation phase.
