The Russell 2000 broke out of a triangle in wave 4 and is now dipping in minor wave iv of iii. fill the 5th wave completes a 5 wave advance the move is not complete. The extension shows that 4 more waves to the upside are possible and therefore the day in the Smallcap index is not yet complete.
