Why France? because it was outperforming Germany on the way up. Now a lot of Europe looks like a 5 wave decline on daily charts. Though it is messed up on hourly charts. Even then w-x-y-x-z can be 5 waves down. but 5 waves are followed by a retracement of that fall and that is now due and happening. Should not be a surprise to anyone watching EWaves.
