NYSE Composite

Ahead of the FED the US stock indices are interestingly poised. Dow at 61.8% retracement of the Jan Feb decline. The NYSE composite below is at a even lower retracement and with an RSI of 60. It is also near the blue trendline that marks the entire FEB-JUN structure as a flat correction [3-3-5], and it appears complete with wave e of C in its final stages. What is missing is actual price action to confirm the start of wave C down of larger degree.
