NYSE Composite

Will the Fat lady sing. Yes or No?, NYSE composite of 1900 stocks, mostly US or at least with offices in the US and listed there are included here. A wider basket for a broader view it is now at the third lower top along a falling trendline and on close watch, as to will it hold this level. If yes the next major wav down is overdue from here and the clock is ticking. The trendline at the bottom that is rising is the 7 year line of the bottoms. Partly broken in Dec but recovered from there.
