Spain continued its wave III decline failing to cross the 40mema. IT also did not cross the falling trendline from the all time high for the second time. Problems in Europe always appear to start from the Periphery, Greece and Spain appear in strong downward trends. Other parts of Europe are also falling but with less ferocity.
